These terms govern your access to and use of VetWorld, a veterinary clinic management platform for practices in Tunisia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
VetWorld lets veterinary clinics manage consultations, clients and their pets, inventory, suppliers, scheduling, team members and billing across one or several clinics from a single account.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information (full name, email, phone) and keep it up to date.
- You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
- The person who creates a clinic is its owner and retains full control over it.
- You’re responsible for the staff you invite and the access you grant them.
3. Free trial & subscriptions
- Every new account starts with a 15-day free trial with full access.
- After the trial, a subscription is required. Pricing starts at 59 DT per month, billed per chosen commitment (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) with discounts for longer plans.
- Renewals are cumulative: if you renew before your current period ends, your remaining days are preserved and added to the new period.
- When a subscription ends you get a short grace period; after that, access to clinic features is paused while your data is preserved, and only billing remains available so you can renew.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate veterinary practice management.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, or anything unlawful.
5. Your content
You own the data and images you add to VetWorld. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You’re responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep VetWorld reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or update features over time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Tunisian law, VetWorld is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. VetWorld is a management tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary judgement.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any dispute relating to the service falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Tunisian courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
